'''Khajja''', famously known as '''Khajja the Fang''' and sometimes '''The Machine''', was an efective yet well-balanced pilot of the Imperial Fleet. Like all Kilrathi, Khajja had a taste for warfare and despised his enemies, but despite these traits he was not a rash pilot. He kept himself focused on the goal at hand and was much calmer than most of his comrades. He never yielded to the insults of his enemies and was known for his bravery: He never panicked in the middle of a tough fight. He only flew a [[KF-402 Krant Medium Fighter]], one of the more effective fighters of the Imperial Fleet.

At some point during the [[Kilrathi War]], [[James Taggart]] and "[[Dragon]]" encountered Khajja while escorting a tanker. Khajja destroyed the tanker and, as the Terran pilots avoided debris from the exploding tanker, he escaped.<ref>[[Wing Commander I]], Venice series</ref>

Khajja fought in the [[Hell's Kitchen System]] during the [[Vega Campaign]] in 2654, but was shot down when Confed reclaimed that system in its liberation of the [[Vega Sector]].

He held the distinction of being the most accurate shot in the [[Kilrathi Empire]], which was made possible by his [[Jalthi Medium Fighter]], the most heavily-armed Kilrathi starfighter of the 2650s. Bakhtosh Redclaw flew his entire career in a Jalthi despite its low maneuverability, and was known for his scathing insults towards his enemies and racial comments. He was so effective in intimidating his enemies that it often resulted in them cowering in battle, making them an easier prey to exterminate.

Bakhtosh Redclaw was escorting Kilrathi tankers in the [[Dakota System]] in 2654 during the outbreak of [[Watson's Disease]] in that system. Unfortunately for Redclaw, Confed was in that system transferring vaccines to the infected colonies, and they sent a flight wing to engage Redclaw's convoy. He was engaged by [[Christopher Blair]] on 2654.139, and despite his superior skills and attempts to intimidate his foe, he was promptly shot down and killed in action.

Dakhath symbolized everything that defined both his clan and his race: Destructive, merciless, and focused entirely on warfare. Dakhath has served with the Imperial Fleet since before 2654, when the [[Vega Campaign]] was in full force. Dakhath flew his entire career in a [[Dralthi Medium Fighter]], which despite its flaws, proved deadly in the claws of a pilot like Dakhath.

Dakhath was one of the most feared foes of the [[Terran Confederation]]. He loved to taunt his enemies and displayed a lack of respect for his opponents in combat. As of 254.135, he possessed 78 confirmed kills, including both starfighters and capital ships. Among his most infamous atrocities was the deliberate shooting of ejection pods. Even after his Terran enemies ejected from their fighters, Dakhath would shoot them in cold blood as they sat helplessly in the vacuum of space, hoping for help. This savagery only increased the fear the Terrans possessed for the notorious Dakhath.

Around 2652 Dakhath had an encounter with [[Michael Casey]] near [[Planck's Star]].<ref>[[Wing Comander]], Cheng-Du series</ref><ref>[[Wing Comander]], Gimle series</ref>

Dakhath was active in the Vega Sector in 2654. He was on patrol in the Gimle System when his wing engaged several pilots from the {{TCS|Tiger's Claw}} in combat. Despite the ferocity of his attacks, he was shot down by rising pilot [[Christopher Blair]] and forced to eject. Dakhath was later rescued and returned to frontline combat before the Vega Campaign ended a few months later.

Dakhath was killed in action in the final months of the [[Kilrathi War]] in 2669.

He was an incredibly accurate pilot and was credited with 64 kills during his career. These kills included both pilots and capital ships from the [[Terran Confederation]]. He flew his entire career in a [[Salthi Light Fighter]] despite the craft's relative inferiority in the face of Confed starfighters.

With a reputation as an excellent pilot and shot, he was famous for his optimal reflexes and flawless flying style. His only weakness was addiction to speed, thrill and competition.

During the [[Vega Campaign]] in 2654, Bhurak was present in the McAuliffe System when Confed attempted to liberate that system. On 2654.132, Bhurak and his squadron attacked a [[Drayman-class Transport]] en route to [[McAuliffe VI]] when he was attacked by [[Christopher Blair]] of the {{TCS|Tiger's Claw}}. Bhurak was promptly shot down by Blair after failing to destroy the transport.

He was assigned to command the [[Second Fleet of the Claw]] under the Crown Prince [[Glikarg nar Kiranka]].

During the briefing concerning the [[McAuliffe Ambush]], he was sceptical if the Prince's plan could succeed. When told about the new [[shield-penetrating torpedo]], he found very risky that the [[bomber]]s had to stop to launch their load, something which the Prince considered a legitimate loss. He also questioned why the attack should be launched by the [[carrier]]s instead of the heavy ships. He was also concerned that the Terrans would soon set up their defenses after the first assault, to get the reply that the attack was scheduled to coincide with the [[Confederation Day]].

After the briefing he joined Lord [[Vakka]] and they discussed the anorthodoxy of the plan; the use of carriers as the first strike force marked a change in battle doctrine, although Nargth insisted that the heavy ships would carry the day. He also criticized the plan the plan for not being aggressive enough. He favored destroying the enemy rather than taking their planets, and they should strike [[Earth]] and the inner worlds, even if that mean employing the [[First Fleet of the Claw]].

Vakka also asked Nargth to employ his son, [[Jukaga nar Vakka]] in his staff feeling that he would be more safe with him.[[category:Kilrathi]]

'''Vakka''' was a [[Kilrathi]] Baron. Although being one of the 8 nobles present in the Imperial council, he often opposed contemporary politics and questioned many decisions.

Among other things, Vakka questioned whether slaves should be intimidated or punished for doing their work more efficiently, but believed that they should be given some hope, or it would be impossible for them to work well. A part of his character also pitied the races conquered by the Empire, acknowledging their bravery, and some were more intelligent than the Kilrathi. Furthermore, he questioned whether the present state of the [[Empire of Kilrah]] would be sustainable; expanding recklessly through the universe, exterminating and subjugating races and replacing them with Kilrathi rulers, instead of allying with them, would only create scarce forces and thin borders like a fragile bubble.

Sometime before 2634 his clan invaded the Terran colony on [[Fawcett's World]] and Vaka was assigned to spend a year there and study the [[humans]]. Getting to know them, he realized that the entity nown as the [[Terran Confederation]] had a certain vibrancy and depth. The humans (and their allies) would show a unique tenacity of spirit.

The engine begun to engage, when Langer managed to shoot one of the seekers, and another one fell right into its debris. However the remaining one boosted forward, and as Langer shot it, it exploded tearing up the aft section of the unshielded ship. The disaster killed Milady and Langer leaving Igor wounded under debris, exposed in vacuum, and Kruger always in the controls, who however had managed to secure himself in his flight suit.
