TCS Kipling is the second Bengal-class space carrier to be launched.

The ship was launced in 2645 and apparently saw some action during the Kilrathi War.
Specifications[]
Owing to design modifications, the Kipling (and all subsequent Bengals) was 10 meters shorter and several tonnes less massive than the prototype, TCS Tiger's Claw.[1]
