Zorro was a Terran Confederation pilot onboard the TCS Concordia.
In the non-canon losing path of the game, the Concordia is sweeping through the Ghorah Khar system and Zorro was assigned to lead the Concordia.[1]

Zorro is obviously a distinct character from Zoro who is obscurely mentioned in Wing Commander I.
